USC Winter Games

On 11 January, USC will host the annual USC Winter Games: a multidisciplinary strength sports event. During the Winter Games you try (accessible) exercises from the following four disciplines:

  • Weightlifting: Clean & Jerk
  • Powerlifting: Deadlift
  • Strongman: Yoke walk
  • Strength & Conditioning: 8-minute work-out

Prizes will be awarded for every discipline and for an overall winner. So, enough opportunities to win.

Everyone is welcome to join! But, make sure you’re well prepared. Check out the tutorial videos below, for example.
