At USC you can work out all summer long! Although we do have opening hours that are slightly different than you’re used to – at all USC locations. Check out the summer opening hours which apply from 10 July to 5 September.
Starting Monday 9 August 12 noon, you can sign up for all courses – from climbing to calisthenics – that will start mid-September. You can also get your seasonal membership basketball, swimming or futsal from then on. Save the date!

Starting 1 July, you no longer book a fixed timeslot for fitness, climbing and bouldering, but an entry time. Check out this FAQ to see how it works – and while you’re at it, read through the other need-to-knows as well.
Almost all memberships can be purchased again. Check out the (group) fitness memberships, for example – Fitness Year (terminable monthly after a year), Fitness Flex (terminable monthly from the start) or a 15x entry membership.
In a couple of days we will end the Open Air + Indoor Fitness programme. Sales stops on 4 June, but with your Open Air membership you can continue to workout and book your timeslots until 8 June. After that you can continue training with one of the regular fitness, martial arts, etc. memberships at USC!
Working out indoors individually or with 2 people at a 1.5 meter distance is allowed again. And so we are finally restarting some of our sports: climbing, bouldering and squash. Booking a timeslot, purchasing a membership or renting a single court – it’s all possible again. Enjoy your workout!
On 1 May, we’ll start with USC Open Air for those under 27 years old. With an Open Air Membership you book the classes you want, when you want. So no more teams at fixed times. Check the USC Open Air Membership, you can already get it and book your first workout!
