On Saturday 26 February, there’s a Yoga Special planned at USC Body & Mind. With the Embodied Yoga Special you’ll add a new dimension to your yoga practice, whatever your favorite style may be. After the special we’ll have a cup of tea together!
Learn all fitness basics in 3 weeks to make you more comfortable in the gym, or improve your lead climbing abilities in 5 weeks on our colorful wall. In the week of 14 February, a bunch of short courses are starting: climbing, bouldering and fitness for beginners.
Almost all memberships can be purchased again. Check out the (group) fitness memberships, for example – Fitness Year (terminable monthly after a year), Fitness Flex (terminable monthly from the start) or a 15x entry membership.
You can book again for your favorite timeslot, training, or class! Please note that we do not immediately have our full program ready to go. The schedule will be extended during the week, especially for group classes, yoga and martial arts.
We have changed to our brand new My USC site! Might take some getting used to, but once you have it will all be much easier on that new website. Check everything you want to know about the new my.uscsport.nl.
Getting a free spot just before the courses are starting? You can do it! Impress your in-laws with your new classic dance moves during Christmas, learn the art of fencing, or become a master in calisthenics. The new courses are starting this week.
New to the gym and still trying to find your way between all that intimidating equipment? Check the fitness beginners course! After 3 classes of an hour you’ll walk into the gym fully confident and with your own training schedule.
Climbing, calisthenics, cheerleading, or something else instead? Pick your favorite course out of our packed overview & learn a new sport in the last months of 2021! Course period 2 will start in the week of 22 November.

Two new martial arts: taekwondo and lightsaber fencing. Seriously? Yep. A high fun factor is guaranteed! With your martial arts membership or passe-partout, you can join training sessions of all 15 USC martial arts.
