Standing in one of our gyms, but you don’t know what the hell you’re doing there? Then we’ve got the perfect solution: a fitness beginners course! After 3 classes with Krullaine you’re confident and ready to go.

Lots of options for a happy body and a happy mind!

  1. Pick a yoga course that suits you: a lot of flow, or very zen. Whatever you like!
  2. Or sign up for an online yoga course at home. 9 weeks with the same group of people. This way you can still socialize a little.
  3. Clear your head with a Mindfulness course (IN DUTCH), or learn to meditate in just 4 weeks. In person and with a lot of personal attention.
