Last but not least, a new team at Universum: Modern dance. Twice a week, for all levels, outdoor – and now on shoes instead of socks. Laura teaches you a great choreo!

No need to keep a 1.5 meter distance, which means good old sparring again: kickboxing, capoeira, shorinji kempo and kumdo at Universum or boxing at ClubWest. NOTE: You sign up for one martial arts, for example kickboxing twice a week. You cannot join the other martial arts teams if you choose a kickboxing team. Team Martial arts, let’s go!

Enough choice: bootcamp, yoga, pilates or BBB! NOTE: You sign up for one type of workout, for example bootcamp twice a week. You cannot join the other group fitness teams if you choose a bootcamp team. Check out the group fitness teams!

Universum has an outdoor gym on the terrace and in the bicycle shed, with enough equipment for a full-on workout! ASC has an outdoor fitness under the canopy and at ClubWest you are welcome in the fitness tent. Go Team Fitness!

Where can you go?

There are USC Teams at 4 USC locations:

  • Individual outdoor fitness on the terrace of Universum, in front of ASC, and… Now at ClubWest as well!
  • Bootcamp at all our fitness locations: Universum, ClubWest, ASC and Amstelcampus.
  • Boxing at ClubWest and various martial arts at Universum: kickboxing, capoeira, shorinji kempo and kumdo.
  • BBB and yoga at ASC, ClubWest and Universum.
  • And at Universum teams modern dance and pilates will start.

USC Teams: rules of the game

Maybe you know the rules by heart already. But just a quick refresh:

  • You cannot be older than 26.
  • You can sign up for a maximum of 1 team.
  • You sign up individually, but you always work out in the same team. That way, we keep the bubbles small.
  • You will work out twice a week on the same days + times, until 1 May.
  • Maintaining 1.5 meter distance is not required.

In March, USC Teams filled up crazy fast. So fast in fact that our website went down for a while. You were obviously very into this… So do you want to work out in one of the USC Teams from 1 April to 30 April? Be quick: the new teams are now online and fill up in no time.
