USC School of Boxing is open during class hours, check the class schedules for boxing and kickboxing.
USC Body & Mind
USC Body & Mind is open during class hours. 10 minutes before the start of a class the door will open. For security reasons we close the front door during classes.
Subscribe
Before you can participate in the classes, you need to subscribe and purchase a membership. USC Body & Mind and USC School of Boxing don’t have a front desk, so you can’t subscribe there. Do so online or go to the front desk of Amstelcampus sport & fitness or sportcentrum Universum.
