Course of 3 classes of 1 hour, for those who are new to the gym.
You learn how to perform the most important fitness exercises.
You learn the basic training principles.
You get a workout plan based on your personal goals and level.
You need a fitness membership at USC to join this course.
Krullaine Berkenveld is a certified personal trainer, online coach and USC staff member since 2017.
Normal sports clothes and clean indoor shoes. You need to bring a towel as well.
