Based on tests and monitored progress, you will receive individual advice from the trainer.

Jelmer Stiekema is both the instructor for our weightlifting course and fitness trainer at Universum and ASC. Jelmer is also Olympic weightlifting trainer, CrossFit trainer and a certified oefentherapeut Mensendieck.
Vincent van Hoogstraten provides fitness coaching at Universum and is Olympic weightlifting trainer, CrossFit trainer and certified physiotherapist.
