Outdoor personal training at Universum, ClubWest, ASC and Amstelcampus. With your USC PT membership you can book 3 PT sessions – 50 minutes each – with your favorite trainer. Various PT options: Fitness, kickboxing, spinning or body power You can bring a workout buddy – for free -, or have a me-myself-and-I session. Corona proof: outdoors, at 1.5 meter distance and with max. 2 people excluding trainer

Various PT sessions: your options
PT Fitness | A fitness oriented PT session, together with the trainer you determine what to focus on.
PT Kickboxing: Letting out your frustration for 50 minutes (bag training). Only at Universum.
PT Spinning | This one is obvious, you’re going to cycle like crazy in this sessions. At Universum and ASC.
PT Body power | A body power class, but with full attention for just you. At Universum and ASC.
Making a reservation
Book your session in the timetable above, after purchasing the 3x PT membership.
You can book 6 days in advance.
You can book until 16.59h the day before. If you want to do a training on Wednesday, you can book until Tuesday 16.59h.
You book a workout individually, but you can always bring one workout buddy for free.
After making a reservation for PT Fitness or PT Kickboxing, you will receive an email in which we ask about your workout preferences. Even though our instructors know exactly what they could set up for you, everything is negotiable. If there’s something you don’t want to do (like burpees…), we won’t do it.
We meet up at the entrance of the USC location. Make sure to change at home, you can’t change at USC.
In case of bad weather, a session might be canceled. You can make a new reservation for another moment.
