Online yoga courses

Online yoga courses of 9 classes of 75 minutes.
Live classes via Zoom, that you can re-watch until a week after.
Personal attention, the teacher will give you tips & tricks.

How does this work?

  • You will receive an email with instructions and login details.
  • Install Zoom. Preferably on your laptop, but you could do it on your phone as well.
  • Log on to Zoom 5 to 10 minutes before the start of the class. The link that you receive can be used for all classes of the course.
  • Make sure you have your mat and other props ready before the start of the class.
  • Put on your camera, so the teacher can see you and give you personal attention.
  • You’re muted by the host automatically. Use the chat if you’d like to say something.
  • After the live class on Zoom, you can rewatch the class for another week after which it will be deleted.

Which courses can I join?

Hatha yoga

Hatha yoga is the basis of all physical forms of yoga.  The postures (asanas) are experienced one by one, alternating between effort and relaxation. The mental component is as important as the physical posture and the breath. You will learn to practice with acceptance and patience, without pressure.

USC teacher

Tessa Overmars is certified yoga teacher and mindfulness trainer. She received her Hatha yoga teacher education in India. Tessa joins classes and workshops with several teachers in a variety of styles, to deepen her own practice and get inspired. At USC she teaches Hatha yoga and the Yoga fundamentals course.

Yin yang yoga

In Yin yang yoga, dynamic postures (Yang) are alternated with static postures (Yin). The Yang part focuses on the strength and flexibility of your muscles, while the Yin part focuses on the deeper connective tissue of your joints and organs.

USC teacher

Barbara Falorni received her Yin yoga teacher training at Yagoy Amsterdam, after finishing her education as a children yoga teacher. She also works as a holistic massage therapist and embodiment trainer. At USC she teaches Yin yang yoga and Yin yoga.
