Confidential adviser USC
Confidential adviser
Just like in the rest of our society, you can experience undesirable behaviour at USC. When that happens, you should be able to contact a confidential adviser who will be there for you with care and in complete confidence. Together with you, the confidential adviser will answer the question: where do we go from here?
How do we define undesirable behaviour?
Any behaviour that causes stress to the person on the receiving end of it, because it jeopardises or damages their physical or emotional integrity. This may include, but is not limited to, physical or verbal aggression, intimidation, sexual harassment, unwanted sexual advances, discrimination and exclusion or bullying.
Who is the confidential adviser for?
- For all USC members.
- For other/incidental participants in the USC sports program (in both the regular program as well as events).
- Tenants of the USC facilities.
- Visitors/users of the USC facilities, including our cafés.
- For USC employees, USC has a different confidential adviser.
