Undesirable behaviour: unfortunately USC cannot escape it either. That is why USC has appointed a confidential adviser last year, and will start training for our staff this year. What is undesirable behaviour? How do you signal it? What should/shouldn’t you do? It all starts with awareness. Pay attention to each other, but without staring.
