How can I lose a few pounds in a responsible and healthy way? What should I eat and/or drink after my workout to recover optimally? I want to exercise more, but I have diabetes. How do I do this? Which products can improve my performance?
These are just a few questions you may want to ask to our USC (sports) dietitians, Annelies and Johnny. Questions about nutrition & health, but also questions regarding nutrition & sports.

- weight loss or weight gain
- optimization of nutritional status through a healthy diet

But also people with diabetes, hypertension (high blood pressure), high cholesterol or gastrointestinal problems may contact them.
