I’m not a student. Can I become a USC member?
Yes, of course. You’re most welcome. The only condition is that you have to be at least 16 years old.

Do you offer monthly memberships?
The Flex membership can be canceled monthly. If you cancel this membership before the end of the month, we won’t collect from your account in the new month, unless cancelation occurs in the same month as the purchase of the flex membership. In that case, the membership will end on the last day of the next month.
If you don’t do anything, your Flex membership automatically continues and we’ll collect your monthly installment around the 2nd day of the new month.

I’m not a member, but I would like to see if USC is something for me.
Great that you want to come and play sports at USC! If you have not been a member before, check out the trial membership at USC. This allows you to exercise 3 times for €15.

I’m a USC member. Can I bring someone to try out USC?
Yes, you can. That someone can get a trial membership for €15,-, as long as they have not yet been a USC member or have already made use of the trial membership.

I’ve purchased a course, but I can’t participate. Can I cancel the course and get a refund?
You can only get a refund on your course fee when you cancel at least two weeks before the start of the course. When you cancel less than two weeks before the start of the course, there will be no refund. You can also get reimbursed in case of injury or long time disease. You will have to prove this with an official document. Send your request to usc@uscsport.nl.

If you’re a USC member, you automatically have a USC account. Don’t know your password? Reset your password by clicking ‘Forgot your password?’ in My USC.

At which point can I cancel my membership (monthly)?
Do you have an ongoing annual membership? Your membership can be cancelled on a monthly basis after 11 months, calculated from the starting date of the membership.
Do you have an ongoing Flex membership? This membership can be canceled monthly. If you cancel a Flex membership in the same month in which you purchased it, the Flex membership will expire on the last day of the following month.
Want to know exactly when that is? Check it in your account on My USC account. In your profile under ‘My Shopping’ you will find your active membership(s) at the top.
All seasonal memberships and entry memberships have a fixed end date and expire automatically.

How can I cancel my membership?
You can find the ‘stop button‘ in your profile in My USC under ‘My shopping’. Note: the stop button can only be used for direct debit memberships.

Can I freeze or cancel my membership when I’m ill or injured?

Can I freeze my membership if I go on vacation or abroad for my studies/an internship?
No, this isn’t possible. Do you want a flexible membership that can be canceled monthly after the first month? Get a Flex membership.

I no longer have access to my UvA/AUAS/Inholland account, which means I can no longer log in to My USC. What now?
If you are no longer able to log in to My USC via the SURF login, you can contact universumbalie@uscsport.nl for new login details. Please note! Do not create a new account yourself if you are unable to log in.

What are my payment options at USC?
You can pay with Visa, Mastercard, Maestro and IDEAL. It’s not possible to pay with cash at the USC front desks.

Can I cancel my membership when I move?
This is possible, according to our terms and conditions. You will have to show an official document.

I don’t have a Dutch bank account. Can I still get a membership at USC?
Do you have an IBAN bank account number? Then it is also possible to take out a direct debit membership with this.
Do you not have an IBAN bank account number but are you planning to open a Dutch bank account? Please contact usc@uscsport.nl.
Otherwise, there is the option to get a ’15x entry’ membership.

Where can I find the invoice for my payments/ purchases?
You can download this in the web version of My USC under the heading ‘My Shopping‘. Please note! This is not possible in the My USC app.
