This Saturday 23 November, all our locations – except USC Tennis & Padel – will be closed from 14:00. This way, all employees will be able to join the annual USC Team Day.
Don’t worry! It won’t be a bizarre battle between all martial arts styles at USC. But it will be a day full of fun workshops, where you’ll find out which style suits you best. From quick footwork and more technical punches, to hugging each other really hard on the ground. Check the program and join the Martial Arts Mixer on Saturday 7 December.
Totally forgot about the USC course registration because you had your nose in the study books? No worries! Signing up last-minute works just fine. Check the free spots in the course overview and learn pole dancing, calisthenics at ASC, (kick)boxing, and more.
Sign up individually and end up with new futsal friends! In the Student League you train and play futsal together with other students at Universum for 10 weeks. Join the club and help football in Amsterdam get back on its feet with your Ajax-worthy moves. For women + men, and at all levels.

Collab alert! As of this season, USC and Inholland Amsterdam are joining forces. That’s great news if you are an Inholland student or employee: you will make a big summer transfer to a cheaper USC category! As a student you will now work out in category I, and as an employee in category II. Check how to fix this.
Bye bye peeping pedestrians at Amstelcampus, hello fancy new window stickers! From now on, you can struggle your way through your gym routine without people looking in, while you can still enjoy gazing outside yourself. Come check out the new look.

You can’t see much of it yet, but it’s really going to happen this summer: a big new boulder gym in the gymnastics hall of Universum! All storage rooms are already stuffed with new boulder goodies, such as fancy climbing blocks and a new climbing hold washing machine (yeah, that’s a thing…). We will keep you posted.
Double check the time before you jump on your bike to come work out from 1 July! From 1 July until 1 September, these summer opening hours apply at USC. Also check which classes are and aren’t on the summer schedule. This way, all the USC trainers are able to take a summer break.
