Learn to work out with your own body weight & defeat gravity while doing it! The USC course calisthenics is available for beginners.
Course of 9 classes of 1 hour, at a beginners level.
In the course you’ll learn how to perform all push and pull exercises.
You’ll also learn how to make maximum use of your own body weight.
You work on muscle co-ordination, core, strength and mobility.
Irina is a passionate fitness instructor at USC, with a lot of calisthenics experience. She provides a course that’s great for beginners, including all basic exercises, in which you’ll learn how to make maximum use of your own body weight.
Regular gym clothes and indoor sports shoes. You can use fitness gloves or liquid chalk for better grip.
