Learn to work out with your own body weight & defeat gravity while doing it! The USC course calisthenics is available at 2 levels.

Week 24

Calisthenics at USC

Course of 9 classes of 1 hour, at two levels.
In the beginners course, you learn how to do all push and pull exercises.
In the intermediate course, you learn how to perform the Ring Muscle-up and the Pistol Squat!
You learn how to make maximum use of your own body weight.
You work on muscle co-ordination, core, strength and mobility.


USC instructor

Irina is a passionate fitness instructor at USC, with a lot of calisthenics experience. She provides a course that’s great for beginners, including all basic exercises. In the advanced course, you learn how to do some more difficult exercises in a fun and playful way.

Wear and gear

Regular gym clothes and indoor sports shoes. You can use fitness gloves or liquid chalk for better grip.
