In the Calisthenics course at USC you learn how to train using your own body weight. You work on the handstand, pull-up or muscle-up.
Course of 9 classes of 1 hour, for all levels.
You learn the handstand and pull-up (or muscle-up).
You learn how to make maximum use of your own body weight.
You work on muscle co-ordination, core and strength.
Regular gym clothes and indoor sports shoes. You can use fitness gloves or liquid chalk for better grip.
Art van Schaaijk is USC fitness instructor with a background in human movement sciences. In this calisthenics course, Art focuses on the handstand and pull-up.
