Improve your squat, bench press and deadlifting technique in a powerlifting course at USC. After the course, you can work out by yourself!
Course of 9 classes of 1 hour.
You learn all basic powerlifting techniques.
You also learn additional assistance exercises to get stronger.
Every course will end with a powerlifting ‘intro’ competition.
Emiel is a BSc in Biomedical Sciences. Next to his studies, he obtained several weightlifting certificates (NSCA CSCS, KNKF). Furthermore he is a competitive powerlifter with the KNKF himself.
Jelle has been powerlifting for years now. He spent most of his life doing fitness and strength sports. He got his AALO level 1-4 and finished the courses Powerlifting trainer and Weightlifting trainer with Tom Bruijnen/Jordi Snijders (of sportquest.nl). He is teaching the powerlifting course at ClubWest.
At the ASC and Universum we offer open barbell training for advanced powerlifters. Check the group fitness timetable. You can join these training sessions with a regular fitness reservation.
ASKV Kratos is the student strength sports association in Amsterdam. Check the Kratos website.
