A 9-week structured yoga program designed to deepen your understanding of emotions and enhance your ability to respond to them mindfully.
Course of 9 weeks (2 classes per week) at the most chill location of USC: Body & Mind!
Developing awareness of thought patterns and emotional responses.
Learning practical exercises to support emotional regulation.
Cultivating resilience and positive emotions for long-term well-being.
Establishing an independent yoga practice to sustain benefits beyond the course.
This course is taught by Karthikeyan!
As a certified yoga therapist with an MSc degree in yoga, Karthikeyan has a lot of knowledge on yoga therapy techniques. He is great at helping people who face health problems, and with his past as a lawyer, Karthikeyan knows how to understand and overcome the challenges of a busy life like no other.
Wear a comfortable outfit in which you can move easily.
