Futsal

• Games last 2 x 20 minutes with a 1 to 2 minute break.
• Each “home game” (if your team is listed first on the schedule) your team will be the referee at another game on that same evening. A 30-minute referee course is given at the beginning of each competition and is mandatory for new teams.
• All matches are played on weekday evenings at Universum sports center (Science Park 306, Amsterdam).
• The playing schedule normally is;

Tuesday, 17.45 – 23.15, 14 games
Wednesday, 20.30 – 23.30, 7 games
Thursday, 21.00 – 23.30, 5 games
Friday, 17:45 – 23:15, 14 games

• You do not pay any team subscription fees. Each player has to purchase a futsal membership.
• Each team has at least 8 players with a futsal membership. Teams that do not meet the 8-player requirement can be removed from the competition or supplemented with individual registrations. If your team has not enough players, please send an email to the competition management.

No team, but would you like to play futsal? Sign up individually for the Student League and end up with new futsal friends (m/f)!

• Ideal if you’re new in Amsterdam and you can’t come up with a whole team out of nowhere.
• A period of 10 weeks, with weekly trainings and games on Tuesday and Friday evening in Universum.
• Please note! The Student League is really student only.

Exciting games at your own level! There are 2 competitions that start in September and January. Each competition half has an extra split. After 7 games, the top 4 play each other again, and the bottom 4 teams do so too. This is how every game will feel – as all pros claim in their interviews – like a final!
