You can have 2 active reservations for the upcoming 6 days. But as soon as your first reservation is over, you can make a new one. So, you can work out more than twice a week (if there are free spots)!
The number of reservations is unlimited on the day itself.
You book an entry time, for example from 17.00 to 17.30, during which you can enter.
You can enter half an hour before the start of your entry time, with the exception of the first slot of the day. After your entry time, you can no longer enter. Have you booked an entry time from 17.00 to 17.30, this means you can enter between 16.30 and 17.30.
Are you too late? We’ll register a no show. You can however directly book the next entry time (if there are free spots). If you do so, you can start training immediately, since you can enter half an hour before the start of your entry time.
There is no end time, so you can work out as long as you like (although, we are going to bed at some point…). This means you no longer have to book a double timeslot.
You can choose how you enter USC: by using the finger scan or by using the My USC – mobile access app. Download the app: Android and iOS.
If you choose to use the My USC – mobile access app, you check in by scanning the QR code at the access gates. This way (or by using your finger scan) you’re automatically checked in.
Bring a towel and a filled water bottle.
Bring your own material like elastic bands or ankle weights. We don’t lend such material. You can buy some sports material as well as towels at our front desk.
I always follow the instructions given by the instructor present;
For hygienic purposes, I always use a towel during my workout;
After use, I make sure all materials are left clean and orderly;
I know how to use materials in the fitness and I use them in a proper way;
Whenever I am not making use of any sports materials, someone else can make use of them;
I replace weights such as discs, dumbbells and kettlebells in the right place after use. I do not leave any weights on the fitness machines or on the floor;
I make use of materials in an appropriate way;
I use the foam roll and massage balls only on the abs floor;
I can take my shoes off on the abs floor, but I keep my socks on;
I am aware that only USC fitness instructors control musical equipment and televisions;
I make use of magnesium only on the weight lifting floor;
Whenever I make use of barbells, I use barbell collars.
